Omega Psi Phi Fraternity House|
Columbia, SC + USC Greek Villiage

John Bowman Architect was commissioned by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and Three Undergraduates Inc. to design a new 40 bed fraternity house within the the new expansion of the Greek Village on the campus of The University Of South Carolina.

The design encompasses a linear floor plan with a centralized corridor on the first and second floors. Directly adjacent on the corridors are programmatic spaces that the fraternity wanted included in the design.

The basis of the design is inspired by prairie style architecture. The key features are in the brick facade with decorative detailing, large overhangs, and a grand brick column entrance that anchors the front of the house.
